Upcycled Pocket Anorak Abaya — Henna Garden

There is something warm and beautifully grounded about Henna Garden Ornate. Its palette feels sun-washed and earthy — dusty terracotta, muted rose, cream, faded gold and touches of soft blue-green — but this sister piece leans into the ornamentation.

The lightweight dotted cotton body is framed by a sweeping ornamental textile along the full front placket, then repeated at the cuffs, oversized pockets and lower side panels. Those long contrasting lines completely change the personality of the piece, giving it a richer, more decorative presence while keeping the easy, functional Pocket Anorak silhouette.

Its sister piece, Henna Garden, uses the same textiles in a quieter composition, allowing the dotted body to continue uninterrupted through the front. Same fabrics. Same story. Two very different expressions.

Fit & Sizing:
Slightly oversized, one size fits most. Comfortably fits sizes 4/6 through XXL. Long, modestly tapered sleeves. Relaxed, flowing silhouette designed for layering.

Care:
Wash cold on delicate cycle inside a mesh bag. Hang to dry. Never put in the dryer. Steam or warm iron to remove wrinkles.

These abayas are made from upcycled textiles — fabric that has already lived somewhere before it came here.
