As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will send your products within 5 days with the option you selected.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us via email at email@example.com.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you as fast as we can. Shipping damages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and not michaelacorning.com and should be handled directly with the carrier.
Please choose the shipping method and carrier carefully when checking out especially for orders outside the USA. The only carriers that offer full door to door tracking outside the USA are UPS and DHL. USPS does not offer full tracking after the package leaves the USA. Michaelacorning.com is not responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier and claims should be made directly to DHL, UPS and USPS. We will do everything we can to assist in claims to the best of our abilities within the confines of the law. If you choose USPS for shipping outside the USA, please understand that you are assuming the risk in receiving your order in exchange for much lower shipping rates.

If you receive a message about charges, please read the message to determine if the charges are from your country or being assessed by the shipping carrier for brokerage.
