You can fold up the edge or not. It is not sewn folded up giving you a lot more flexibility in how to wear and style it.

• Small - perfect size to wear without a hijab or if you have shorter hair. Approx. 21" around.
• Medium - good size to be worn over another hijab. Approx. 22" around.
• Large - great size if you like to layer up on your head pieces or you have longer or fuller hair. Approx. 23" around.
