COVID-19 Policy & Prevention

Michaela Corning, Founder & CEO of michaelacorning.com, takes COVID very seriously and for that reason I want to share what we are doing as a company to ensure people's safety and also inform our customers about shipping delays.

All items are sewn (if applicable), packaged and prepared by a minimal number of people and in many cases just one person will come into contact with your order. All items are packaged in protective plastic and sealed to ensure the safest environment as possible. 

As indicated on all mask product descriptions, we do not except returns of masks under any circumstance. We are following CDC recommendations as closely as possible to help reduce the spread of the virus. Other items will follow our general return policy (please see FAQ section for details). 

Shipping using all carriers (USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx) are experiencing shipping delays in many cases. If you are in need of any item by a certain date, please email info@michaelacorning.com to see if we can help meet your expectation. However, please understand that shipping delays are 100% outside the control of michaelacorning.com and we will not be held responsible for this. Thank you and please stay safe!
