Barakah Beauty Collective is a female lead mixed-use space located in Northgate (Seattle, WA) that is currently renting private suites to small women owned businesses primarily in beauty and wellness. 

• Private suites start at $1000/month. Sharing available for reduced monthly commitment. 
• Salon chair rentals are $800/month. 
• Suites and chairs are available at day rates as well. Suites are $100/day and chair rentals are $60/day.
